Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation our normal service provision has been disrupted. We want to ensure that everyone has access to effective contraception and sexual health care during the COVID-19 pandemic. However in these unprecedented circumstances, it is necessary to deliver our services in a different way.
Your first port of call should be the place you usually access care for your sexual or reproductive health – that could be your GP or our service; please only access services if your need for care is immediate.
When you contact us you will be offered an appointment for a telephone consultation with an appropriate doctor or nurse to discuss your needs. If the doctor or nurse feels it necessary, a face-to-face appointment may be arranged. Unless advised otherwise you should not attend a clinic in person, but make contact by telephone instead.
Useful advice for women seeking contraception, abortion and other sexual and reproductive healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic can be found via this link: patient guide on access to contraception
