    COVID Resources to help you get through

    Understandably the current COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on people’s wellbeing, mental health and day-to-day lives. This is normal to some extent for everyone, however, it does not mean that we can’t do anything about these current challenges.

    We recently sent a questionnaire to a large sample of our clients to understand the impact COVID-19 and lockdown has had on their emotional wellbeing.  From the issues highlighted within this research, we have gathered a large range of useful resources that may help tackle some of the challenges you are facing.

    NHS Resources

    • The NHS website can provide support and advice on many aspects of day-to-day life, with recommendations of Free Apps that help you take control of all aspects of your health
    • There is also a series of mental wellbeing Audio Guides and further information on Every Mind Matters
    • Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust have produced a range of Coronavirus Leaflets covering various aspects of how the coronavirus can impact on mental health and what you can do about it with helpful COVID Workbooks, including a very useful guide to support with Coronavirus and Worry
