Quit Squad on hand to help

The Quit Squad provides friendly advice and support for people who are thinking about stopping smoking or who are cutting down and need that extra push to stop for good. They have a range of one to one sessions and drop in sessions at a variety of locations around Central and East Lancashire for those needing support stopping smoking, at a time convenient for them. It is estimated that 24 hours after your last cigarette, all carbon monoxide is eliminated from your lungs and blood pressure, pulse and oxygen levels return to normal.
