The Quit Squad is encouraging smokers in Lancashire to make 2016 the year they make a step towards a smokefree future.
The Quit Squad, Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust"s stop smoking service, offers one to one sessions, drop in clinics with no appointment needed, nicotine replacement therapies, stop smoking products and support and advice to those who want to stop smoking. The service also provides assistance for those who use other tobacco products as well as cigarettes including shisha and also welcome users of e-cigarettes to help them quit nicotine for good. The New Year is a great opportunity to quit the habit for good with the help of the service.
