Rebecca Pope from the East Lancashire Community Restart Team at Lancashire Care said:
“We are really looking forward to the event and to supporting World Mental Health Day. We are looking to raising awareness of the services that are here to support people in Lancashire and hope to see a range of both professionals and members of the public. It is going to be an exciting day with lots going on. We have a number of activities and workshops taking place so I really hope people use the event as an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the services we provide.”
Abby Turner, Health and Wellbeing Manager from Burnley FC in the Community said:
“This event is a fantastic opportunity for the people of Lancashire to find out more about mental health services in the area. The partnership with Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust and Burnley FC in the Community is valuable as this allows to maximise awareness of the event and Mental Health Services.”
The event will take place at Burnley Football Club on Thursday 13 October 2016.
