Sexual Health Clinics in North Lancashire

Posted on the 8th November 2016

Young people below the age of 25 in North Lancashire can now access sexual health services at various locations across the area.

The clinics, run by Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust’s Contraception and Sexual Health (CaSH) service in partnership with Brook, the young people’s charity, are open to people aged up to 25. Health experts are at hand to provide comprehensive contraceptive services and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections including HIV in a single appointment.

CaSH is running several clinics on various days and localities in Lancaster, Morecambe and Fylde and Wyre with more planned in the near future. For further details on clinic times and locations telephone 01772 401140.

Sue Capstick, service line manager for sexual health at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust, said: “Young people under the age of 25 in North Lancashire can now access our specialist services at a variety of locations. We’re delighted to be able to provide this service which means young people can access excellent, high quality sexual health care.
