Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service - Feedback
If you wish to make a compliment or to let us know you are not happy with the service, you can firstly discuss this with the therapist working with your child to see if a solution can be reached. If you feel that this is not appropriate, each therapy teams has a Team Coordinator who would be the next point of contact. The team co-ordinator can be contacted via the phone numbers on our contact page. However if you wish to make a formal compliment or a complaint you can follow the Trust process detailed on the website or directly to the service.
As a service we welcome feedback regarding your experience, this can be given directly to the therapist providing the support or to the Team Coordinator as detailed above.
