    If you wish to make a complaint or give a compliment, you can firstly discuss this with the nurse or therapist working with your child. If you feel that this is not appropriate, each CITNS teams has a Team Coordinator who would be the next point of contact, however if you wish to make a formal complaint or compliment you can follow the Trust process detailed on the website /hearing-feedback-team or directly to the service.

    As a service we welcome feedback regarding your experience, this can be given directly to the nurse or therapist providing the support or to the Team Coordinator as detailed above.
