Through befriending and building trusting relationships we support the person into the services they need. Navigators then provide ongoing support to engage with services, addressing and overcoming any barriers to engagement. Our ultimate aim is to support local people experiencing multiple disadvantages to receive the support they need and achieve system change to create more accessible and trauma-informed services.
