Experience and Engagement team shortlisted for PEN National Awards

We are delighted to announce that our Experience and Engagement team has made the finals of the Patient Experience Network (PEN) National Awards 2022 in the Team of the Year category.
The Patient Experience Network National Awards are the first and only awards programme to recognise best practice in patient experience across all facets of health and social care in the UK.
Our Engagement and Experience team are dedicated to developing and supporting the service user and carer voice across the Trust and making sure that feedback is used to improve the care and experience of our services.
They are being celebrated in the Team of the Year category, which recognises their teamwork and the difference they have made to the experience of our service users and patients through programmes such as Change Talks, Friends and Family Tests and the Recovery College.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday 28 September at an event hosted at the University of Birmingham.
