Eagle-eyed volunteers needed to help develop our trust leaflets.

Volunteers are being called on to give a couple of hours of time to help develop and improve patient leaflets within our trust.

People from all walks of life are invited to join our Trust’s brand new reader panel and support the local community by helping to make leaflets better for patients.

Volunteers need to be aged 16 or over and will need to offer around two hours a month to support with proofreading booklets and patient information leaflets. Anyone who would like to offer suggestions around readability should get in touch.

Paul Jebb, Associate Chief Nurse at the Trust, said:

“Volunteers can play an invaluable part in supporting our patients and their carers, by giving up their own time to enhance patient experience and support positive outcomes.

This volunteering opportunity means our community can help to improve local NHS services.”
