We are pleased to announce that Oliver Soriano has been appointed as the Trust’s Chief Nurse.

Originally from the Philippines, Oliver, a qualified RMHN and RGN, has been Director of Nursing and Quality for the Bay and latterly the Fylde Network, since December 2022 having moved ‘up north ‘from his previous roles in London. Oliver’s impressive portfolio of experience includes work across acute and mental health Trusts; emergency departments and specialist divisions and includes roles as Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Head of Nursing – Psychological Medicine and Older Adults, General Manager – Specialist Services, Matron – Older Adults, Advance Clinical Practitioner and Mental Health Liaison Nurse.

Oliver demonstrated strong skills and knowledge and great ambition for our nursing and allied health professions portfolio for the future. His deep nursing ethos, values and caring nature shone through. We are sure he will be a huge asset to our executive team and the Trust Board.
