Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP)
POGP is the professional membership organisation leading excellence in pelvic health physiotherapy.
POGP is a UK-based Professional Network of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Members are chartered physiotherapists with a clinical interest and/or speciality in pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy.
The POGP website has a large amount of patient information for patients. The RECITE function on the website enables patient booklets to be read out loud and/or translated to many different languages.
Women's Health Concern
Women’s Health Concern (WHC) is the patient arm of the British Menopause Society. WHC provides independent advice to inform and reassure women about their gynaecological, sexual and post-reproductive health.

MASIC
MASIC exists to support women, challenge stigma and drive changes.
The MASIc foundation is the only multi-disciplinary UK charity to support women who have suffered severe injuries during childbirth, known as OASI (obstetric anal sphincter injuries).
The charity is run by injured women and healthcare professionals who are committed to better detection and prevention of injury during childbirth.

Daisy Network
Daisy Network is a UK charity dedicated to providing information, support, and community for women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI). It offers medical and psychological support while advancing research into treatments and causes.

Squeezy app
The Squeezy app is a multi-award-winning app, approved by the NHS. The app supports men and women to perform regular, effective pelvic floor muscle exercise routines.
The app can help remind you to do the exercises, help develop an exercise plan, and help you focus on the exercise plan.
