    Perinatal Community Service

    The Trust provides a specialist, community perinatal service for women in Lancashire and South Cumbria which supports both expecting and new mums who are experiencing mental health problem during the perinatal period.

    The service launched in January 2019 and offers psychiatric and psychological assessments and care for women with complex or severe mental health problems during pregnancy up to one year after giving birth.

    The service provides pre-conception advice for women with a current or past severe mental illness who are planning a pregnancy.

    Service Operating Times:

    9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

    The Main referral number is for all enquiries, you will be transferred to the appropriate duty worker or locality depending on the nature of the call.
