We want to know what matters most to you, in your own words. By listening to your story we can learn what is good and maybe what needs to get better, this helps us to improve our services and patient experience.
Any patient, staff member or family member or carer can tell their story. Telling your story will not have an impact on you or your care. You are welcome to remain anonymous.
We will decide with you where you are happy to share your story. You can change your mind at any time about where your story is shared by letting us know. Your story can be shared with the Board, across the Trust or with teams and individuals. We usually tell the team involved about your story so they can learn from it.
